We are currently looking for an ambitious, tenacious and motivated individual to join our client's successful team as a Junior Business Development Manager. This role offers a great chance to develop your career in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in ideally FMCG sales (although other sectors will be considered) , with a proactive hunter mentality. You must have a proven track record of successfully developing relationships with customers, as well as experience in working with distributors and suppliers.

You will need to be an excellent communicator with a high level of interpersonal skills. You must also be interested in developing knowledge of market analysis and competitor activities.

In this role, you will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities and creating strong relationships with customers. You will also need to build and maintain relationships with existing customers.

You will be able to demonstrate your commercial and analytical skills, as well as being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
