Are you a Health and Safety professional with a passion for ensuring safety in the workplace? Do you have experience in FMCG Manufacturing? If so, this role could be perfect for you!

We are searching for a Health and Safety Officer with a proven track record of success in the FMCG Manufacturing sector. This is an excellent chance for an experienced hands on individual to join a well-established, highly successful and growing organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, health and environmental awareness throughout the company. You will be required to further develop, implement and monitor effective safety policies, procedures and systems, as well as conduct safety audits and assessments. You must have a good understanding of relevant legislation and experience of developing safety culture.

Your duties will also include: ensuring all safety procedures are implemented and followed; managing accident and incident investigations; keeping accurate and up-to-date records of safety-related activity; and providing advice and guidance to all departments.

We are looking for someone who is organised, self-motivated and can be a hands on member of the team. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people. You must have the ability to identify and manage risks proactively.
