Are you an experienced Business Analyst in the area of Software Development looking to take your career to the next level?

We are currently working on behalf of an innovative software development company who are looking for an Analyst to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of the company’s products and services by helping to define requirements and create user stories and acceptance criteria.

As part of the role, the Analyst will be expected to facilitate workshops, communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that user stories are sufficiently detailed, and to help the development team by providing ongoing support and guidance.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, as well as a proven track record in Business Analysis. They should also be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, from developers to stakeholders, and have the ability to communicate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

The successful candidate will have the chance to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with the development team to shape the future of the company’s products and services. They will also have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge and take ownership of their work.

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess a degree in Computer Science (Desirable)
• Have a proven track record in Business Analysis
• Have experience of writing user stories with acceptance criteria
• Have the ability to facilitate workshops
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Have the ability to communicate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
